In the 70’s, the Jaycees and the Jaycees Auxiliary became involved and it became a two day festival. Friday nights had rides, games of chance, and a food court. On Saturday, crafters were set up on Canal St., between East Afton and College Ave. A fee was charged for crafters and food vendors to participate in the event.
